For personal use, most images are free to use. The ones that are not will be specified as such- basically any where I don't own the characters. Certain works will also be under a creative commons share-alike license. If you would like to use those for profit and not under the share-alike license, please contact me and I will probably approve you to use them however you want anyways. For images that contain material that I own wholly: You can use the full resolution artwork for personal usage except in terms of AI generated imagery. To use them in non-personal use, please contact me. If you wish to use them in any form related to AI generated imagery or content, contact me.
Personal use: Avatars, backgrounds, unmonetized youtube video, learning reasons, prints (but not selling) etcetera For images that depict characters or materials I do not own (i.e. my friends character designs) you will need to contact them individually. Exceptions apply for fan-art (like Luigi of Nintendo.) I don't use AI in any of my work. While all posts are tagged with 'noAI', assume that even if it lacks that keyword, it does not contain generative AI. Granted, some 2D and 3D software use upscaling or denoising algorithms that look a lot like the smears of AI generated images. No generative AI was used (unless specified in a joke post, etc)
